| Shipping Origin & Method |
| All orders are shipped from South Korea via UPS (Express/Standard) to ensure safe and trackable delivery. |
| Delivery Timeline |
| Shipping usually takes 3 to 10 business days. Delivery may be delayed due to customs clearance or local logistics issues. |
| Lost in Transit |
| Furriky is responsible for the package until it reaches the destination country's customs. If a package is confirmed "Lost" by the carrier before delivery completion, we will provide a reshipment or refund. |
| Exceptions |
| Furriky is not liable for loss or theft after the status is marked as "Delivered" or due to incorrect address provided by the customer. |
| Customs & Import Duties |
| Recipient is responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and fees incurred in the destination country. |
