配送ポリシー

Shipping Origin & Method
All orders are shipped from South Korea via UPS (Express/Standard) to ensure safe and trackable delivery.
Delivery Timeline
Shipping usually takes 3 to 10 business days. Delivery may be delayed due to customs clearance or local logistics issues.
Lost in Transit
Furriky is responsible for the package until it reaches the destination country's customs. If a package is confirmed "Lost" by the carrier before delivery completion, we will provide a reshipment or refund.
Exceptions
Furriky is not liable for loss or theft after the status is marked as "Delivered" or due to incorrect address provided by the customer.
Customs & Import Duties
Recipient is responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and fees incurred in the destination country.

Mon - Fri: 10:00 - 17:00 (KST / GMT+9). We are closed on Korean public holidays and weekends.
