| Damaged or Incorrect Items |
| If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. You must provide your order number and photos of the item/packaging. |
| Resolution |
| Upon verification, we will provide a full refund or reship the item. In most cases, returns to Korea are not required for defective items. |
