| 3. Shipping & Customs | Shipping: Orders are shipped from South Korea and typically take 3-10 business days. Duties: All import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Furriky is not liable for delays or extra costs incurred by local customs. |
| 4. Loss in Transit | Liability: Furriky is responsible for the package until it arrives at the destination country’s customs. Coverage: We provide reshipment or refund only if the carrier confirms the package as "Lost" before the final delivery status. We are not liable for theft or loss after the status is marked as "Delivered." |
| 5. Return & Refund | Due to the international nature of our shipments and hygiene standards, we do not accept returns or exchanges for a simple change of mind. Refunds are only applicable to defective or incorrectly delivered items confirmed within 7 days of receipt. |
| 6. Ingredients & Liability | Skin Reactions: Furriky provides full ingredient lists for all products. It is the customer’s responsibility to check for potential allergens. We are not liable for any adverse reactions caused by individual sensitivities. A patch test is strongly recommended. |
